    We’ve seen a grower need in our community for greater support in the world of lactation. Our approach is one of a whole-body, whole-person approach, reflecting on and considering each Mothers, and each babies individual needs to support them at the stage they are at in the breastfeeding journey together. We currently offer virtual and private support. Expect our expansion this summer!

    This series specializes in removing the outside noise, going inward to connect with the body, baby & partner. Removing fear and stigma throughout the process while equipping you with the power of education. Honoring evidence-based practices and meeting our own intuitive capabilities. This workshop-style, intimate series is perfect for families who want to prepare themselves for the best birth and postpartum experience possible. regardless of where and how you choose to give birth, this series will help guide you to enjoy and even love your birthing experience.

birth fit basics

  • BabeFit Basics - A postpartum reconnection class.

    The gentle, once-per-week class is designed for women in the early postpartum window. Anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks after birth, right after the lying phase. Babyfit basics is not a workout; it is a guided reconnection to your body.

    We focus on re-engaging the nervous system, restoring breath, activating the pelvic floor and deep core, and bringing awareness to the glutes, posterior chain, and balance. This foundational work sets the stage for future strength training and movement. Before jumping into the full BirthFit series.

    Your starting point: a space to rebuild, reconnect, and restore with intention.

sacred sounds & reiki

  • With Ashley & Tim 

    Join us weekly to softly exhale into peace with Sacred Sounds & Reiki. This event offers the dynamic blend of intuitively played instruments and Reiki energy to induce a deep state of relaxation. Let the worries, stress or thoughts of the week melt away during this time together. Be bathed in the healing frequencies of many instruments, such as, west African harp, crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, handpan, chimes and gong. All while lovingly held in the energy of Reiki 1:1 and through meditative experience. Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that promotes healing.
