This series is perfect for the FTM & repeat Mamas alike, as well as their partners. Walk into this experience with intention, education, support, knowledge, and community. Each class has an intimate feel, is anything but boring, and loved by families from all walks of life. Regardless if you plan to use the epidural or go completely natural. Home birth or hospital and in between. We cover everything from a whole-body approach to pregnancy, labor techniques, coping tools, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and much more. This class series has been specially curated by our team lead Samantha Breier, a leading doula and educator in her field. Each class is designed with intention, to release fear, align with your pregnancy, body, and baby, and create an experience that leads to better outcomes. After many years of seeing what helps women have the most incredible experiences, we’ve put it all into one workshop just for you. Healthy happy babies matter, just as important so do healthy happy Mamas! Let us help you achieve just that! This four-week series is taught regularly as it fills to capacity quickly. Reiki Level One Overview:

Reiki for the self-

-Learn the foundations of -what is Reiki, where does it comes from, and how does it work?

-Receive one healing meditation experience

-Receive Reiki level one attunement

-Begin to discover the intuitive and standard practices of Reiki

Reiki Level Two Overview:

In this class we share a deepening of the practice. -

-Learn the sacred symbols of Reiki- tools to unlock different aspects of the Reiki energy. (3 total)

-Receive one healing meditation experience

-Receive Reiki level two attunement

-We guide through the traditional Japanese Reiki techniques.

-Learn distance Reiki

-Learn how to activate and work with the Reiki energy for others with practice

-Discuss intuitive development and discernment

- Discussion, sharing, and Q&A

Taught on Friday - Sunday

“A Reiki Master is not one who has mastered Reiki, but rather has allowed themselves to be mastered by Reiki”

The Reiki Master class takes the practice beyond the foundations of Reiki from levels 1&2 into concepts -beginning to become aware of the mysteries.

This class is absolutley a deepening of the healing path for Self with additional tools to support Others if you choose to do so.

-Learn additional sacred symbols of Reiki- tools to unlock different aspects of the Reiki energy (2 total)

-Receive four healing meditation experiences.

-Receive five Reiki level 3 (Master) attunments.

-Discuss in community advanced concepts, such as - different levels of Conciousness, The Ego, The Authentic Self, The Culturally Created Self, Healing Trauma.

-Learn how to conduct the Healing Meditation Experiences for Self and Others.

-Learn how to teach Reiki levels 1,2, and Master

-Additional practice time

-Discussion, sharing, and Q&A
